Decreto Flussi 2027: applications can be pre-filled from 23 October to 7 December

In brief

  • From 9:00 on 23 October to 7 December 2026 applications can be pre-filled on the Ministry of the Interior's Services Portal.
  • Applications are submitted from the click days in January and February 2027.
  • They can be submitted until 31 December 2027, if quotas are still available.

How many entries are planned

For 2027, the Prime Ministerial Decree (D.P.C.M.) of 2 October 2025, which plans entries for 2026–2028, provides for 165,850 entries of non-EU workers.

How we help you in Milan

The procedure is online, but with quotas, forms and documents it is easy to make mistakes. At our office in Via Botticelli:

  • Employers and families: we check the requirements and support you in pre-filling and submitting the work permit (nulla osta) application.
  • Workers: we explain the procedure, the documents and what happens after the nulla osta, up to the residence permit.
  • After arrival: contract, CAF MCL, Patronato SIAS and Italian courses, all in the same office.
