New in Milan, with the experience of a national network.

Our association

The ALS centre in Via Botticelli aims to be a place where integration is truly built, one step at a time: language, citizenship, guidance, training and work. Everyone follows a single, personalised pathway, from welcome to job placement.

ALS is an independent organisation accredited by the Movimento Cristiano Lavoratori (MCL), sharing its national network for the protection and promotion of work. ALS MCL was founded to spread a culture of welcome and is now present in about 26 Italian cities, including Turin, Brescia, Rome, Naples and Bari. In Milan it brings this experience to one of the areas with the largest foreign population in Italy.
